Are you or anyone close to you a member of a group?

Have you or anyone close to you ever been harassed or wronged because of your/their affiliation or involvement with a group?

Do you fear for you or a loved one due to your/their affiliation or involvement in a group?

Then keep on reading . . .

You will be shocked at what the love of motorcycling and joining a group which celebrates that love caused Brian and his family...

Brian's fundamental constitutional right to be presumed innocent until proven guilty was denied because of his membership in the Hells Angels Motorcycle Club.

The system and many ignorant folks mistakenly assume that Hells Angels are “bad people”.  The record shows that Brian was pulled over, arrested and prosecuted primarily because he is a proud member of the Hells Angels.  Even with the absence of evidence directly linking Brian to the alleged crime, law enforcement agencies and individuals assumed that because Brian is a Hells Angel that he was guilty of unarmed robbery and kidnapping. And as a result, Brian was processed through the judicial system in Los Angeles as one more “offender”.  Brian put his trust in the hands of his court-appointed public defender because he believed in his innocence, that his case was an open-and-shut winner, and that justice would be done.  But justice was not done.

Although there was readily-available evidence to bolster Brian’s case and establish that he was not guilty, that evidence was never produced on his behalf.  Instead, the record of Brian’s trial shows that the minimum evidence was introduced on his behalf and that the jury convicted Brian on unreliable and the thinnest of circumstantial evidence.  Why?  Because the system painted Brian as a “criminal” and therefore he was never given a fighting chance.  The result – Brian was deprived of his fundamental Constitutional rights to due process, effective assistance of counsel, and to a fair jury of his peers.  These same fundamental rights were again deprived on appeal.

Not only is Brian not guilty, he is absolutely not guilty beyond a reasonable doubt.  Tragically, his defense was less than adequate and lacked evidence that was available to his counsel but was never used.

A man not guilty has been unjustly sentenced to a shocking 160 years in prison for a crime he did not commit!

Because of Brian’s proud membership in the Hells Angels Motorcycle Club, he was deprived three fundamental constitutional rights:

1. To Be Presumed Innocent Until Proven Guilty

2. The Right to Due Process of Law

3. That One Must Be Proven Guilty Beyond a Reasonable Doubt

Brian was denied all three of these basic constitutional rights since he is a member of the Hells Angels Motorcycle Club.

Do you think we are losing the freedoms our founding fathers' fought for?  Do you think your membership or association with a group will increase the likelihood that you will be next?

If so, then join us in fighting back… to turn around injustice against groups of all kinds...  Because the only way we can keep the freedoms our founding fathers’ fought for, is to fight back against the system one case at a time… And as we win each case, we will regain our fundamental constitutional rights that our founding fathers fought so hard to give us.

We need to fight this one case at a time… because if we don't, tomorrow you may find yourself or a loved one accused of a crime you/he/she did not commit due to presumed guilt because of membership in a group...

And if you do nothing, the days of McCarthyism, Salem witch trials, Japanese internment camps, Jim Crow Laws, forcing American Indians to live on reservations, etc… will return!

Does the System Protect our Rights?:
   Posted By : administrator Aug 2 2007 8:49:18 PM

Do you feel your constitutional rights and freedoms will be protected by our system?  Or are constitutional rights only available to those who can afford to pay to fight the system?  Are rights only available to the rich?  Are many people being accused and presumed g
